Can someone help how to make the Identities and Custom user fields to be shown like the attached image
and how can a user put in custom field for example "Website" HTML hyperlink or bbcode ?

anyone ? trying to find some template mods for this or an addon like Gamer Profiles / Social Icons (under banner/profile) but all are very old.
