The extra space also appears in templates "nf_tickets_ticket_reply" line 11 and "nf_tickets_ticket_view" line 80

Oops! We ran into some problems.​

Could not process NF-Tickets-2.3.1a.zip: File does not appear to be a valid add-on archive as expected.

Anyway, I uploaded it to server by SSH and finished the installation manually.

What's scripts/inbound-ticket.php? How do I use it? Thanks.
