Notices - How to make fullscreen notice ?

How to make a notice that is displayd in fullscreen ??
Does anyone know that ?


I need a notice that darkens the entire page a little bit. Or a big ammount of it.
With a text or picture that is fixed to the middle center.


I know the notices menu and the settings but didnt know how to handle such notice via extra.less
By default notices can only attached to the top or to the corners :/


Does anyone could help me out with that?

Just a simple code wit background colour, opacity & url image with size values.

That's exactly what I'm looking for.
Lots of options and the addon itself seems very well made.

That seems to be more convenient than creating extra css classes and writing everything from hand.
