I have a problem. I installed it and configured it as in the images the notifications arrive without sound. do I have to configure something else?

i'm on Chrome, it's working for me. Do you have any extensions blocking sounds/ads, etc etc? are notifications within your firefox browser settings turned off?

if I have the sound allowed in the settings. I have everything allowed. I even have a chat installed and it works well with the sound

I'll download Firefox and test it on my end in that type of browser and see if I have the same issue

I am not finding any issues brother. I'm curious on why its giving you issues.

even install chrome browser and allow audio but nothing either. what I have left is to uninstall it and reinstall it. If it turns out, I'll notify you

install direct plugin from admin panel. that is, look for the winrar and import it. now. There is an xml extension file called language- russkjj that now copies it to the server directory where I have the forum. I hope it works for me now

ahhh yes ok. do you have "archive import" enabled in your add-on section? If you don't, you can go to your hosting server, then /src/config.php and add the line: $config['enableAddOnArchiveInstaller'] = true;

that way you can install the addon by archive, that is if you aren't already doing it that way

Sorry my english is not very good. I mean the extension format of the audio file. for example the format of the audios in the sound notification / sound folder is MPEG (.mp3). do you have it like that too?
