OPT OUT problem with Member Map addon ( dragonbyte)

Hello, I'm trying to use this addon : https://enxf.net/resources/dbtech-dragonbyte-member-map.266/
It works (great) , but there is a (big) problem : the OPT-OUT option is not working. (in theory, if I check it, the user is not showed in the map )
I can set it in privacy setting or in frontend and it seems that nothing change (user is showed in the google map).
And for users privacy I can't use it in production if this option is not working.

Anyone have a similar problem ?

Well , the workaround is create a personal user field control, and auto-upgrade users to a group, based on that personal field, with the "not included in map" permission set.
