Original Poster Reply Only (Thread starter reply only) - limit forum to OP-only replies

Allow forums to have "OP reply only"-threads, which means that only OP can reply, this is perfect for e.g. fanfic or diary-type threads.

Permissions:

• Post replies in "Original Poster Reply Only"-forums
  • Users with this permission can still reply (useful for moderator user group)
