Need help to solve the issue.

When a user is trying to register on my site, using the register button, then it is showing an error.

Yes, Normal Registration.
After clicking the register button it is showing the error. But when users are going to registration page through the link [www.example.com/registration] then it is working fine. Could you tell me please how can I solve the issue?
