rss feed importer not running automatically

previously worked fine, importing feeds automatically.

but now stopped working , no error log or something

anyone have this issue? or know how to fix this?

i have been try
- restart server
- rebuild caches
- change php version

still not working

BattleKingI tried with multiple RSS feeds and all are working with 2.2.9
