Tips for a Xenforo Beginner

Hi everyone, im Paulo, and im starting a Xenforo Forum soon. Im loving the platform and im glad iv found ENXF.NET to help.
I have 2 questions related to the platform and id like to ask for some help if possible.

1- How can i setup a wall like this on my forum? With all the latest posts, just like that. Is that some addon?

2- Im a member of another forum called Babiato, and im very interested in the way how it merges ads with forum content above posts, any advice on how to manage to do that?
