Xenforo 2.1 what is this Add-on?

i want to know the name of this Add-on please

Every time i download from resources i see this count down and don't know the name of the add-on.
i tried XENTR-ExternalLink-1.0.1 but it works only with threads links not resources.

i fount it, but it works only with attached files, how to enable it for External download URL on resources ?
